About Sweet Guys
Although they have been making sweets since the time both were kids, Peter and Paul began their professional career in 2005.  After taking their first Wilton course, they expanded their knowledge base completing all of the Wilton basic courses.  From there, they went on to study chocolate making techniques with Ellen Prescott.  In 2008, they joined the International Cake Exploration Societe' (ICES) where they have learned from some of the worlds' finest sugar artists:  Christina Banner, Zane Beg, Carrie Biggers, Susan Carberry, Autumn Carpenter, Norman Davis, Edna de la Cruz, Mary Jo Dowling, Elaine Gonzalez, Nicholas Lodge, Beth Parvu, Geraldine Randelsome, Ruth Rickey, Becky Rink, James Roselle, B. Keith Ryder, Kathy Scott, Steven Stellingwerf, Betty Van Norstrand, and Kerry Vincent.
