Each cake and cupcake is made from scratch and our buttercream frostings are made with European and American butters.  You will not find Sweet Guys using boxed mixes nor shortening-based buttercreams.

 

Flavors can be made for either product and include vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, orange, lemon, spice, red velvet, carrot, and chocolate peppermint.  We can taylor our cake flavors to add mix-ins for an upcharge.

 

Cakes start at $2.75 per slice based upon a 1"x2"x4" serving slice.  This includes buttercream frosting and some

minimal designs.  Fondant covered cakes begin at $4.00 per slice.  Prices increase based upon additional fillings,

detailed design work, gumpaste flowers, sculpted figures.

 

Cupcakes are priced at $1 for minis, $2.75 for regulars, $4 for Texas-sized, and $11 for New York-sized (these can feed

3-4 people easily!!!).  Fondant covered cupcakes and sculpted figures will increase the cost per cupcake.

 

 

We take pride in our cheesecakes!  We have created some flavor profiles that are out of this world!  Don't see something on our list---ask!!!  We love to create new variations on the classic cheesecake.  Flavors and pricing include:

          $30 --- vanilla

          $36 --- chocolate, lemon, orange, pumpkin, eggnog, pumpkin eggnog

          $42 --- carrot cake, chocolate delight, chocolate caramel, chocolate raspberry, red velvet cake

 

 

We use a Swiss-imported chocolate that has just a lovely taste in the mouth.  Our chocolate confections are priced at $16.00 per pound (that's $1 per ounce---easy on the math!). 

 

 

Our cookies are made from scratch recipes using nothing but the finest ingredients.  We have dozens of varieties to choose from.  When ordering, you must order in batches of a dozen per flavor.  Cookies start out at $0.50 per cookie and increase from there depending upon the style of cookie.
