Our chocolates are made using summer coating, a chocolate compound that was designed to withstand the higher temperatures of the good ole summertime. That does not say that our chocolates will not melt in your mouth. Rather, we do not have to go through the tempering process of raising and lowering the chocolate temperature before we can work with it. This time saving feature takes less time to prepare and tastes just like high-end chocolate.
